This workout is so awesome. I really luv how you talk with such energy and how you jump right in and start the workouts, and skip over to the next exercise so it doesn’t take like an hour to watch. That way, we can get right to it. I print your sheet and then mark notes on it while watching the video once or twice, then I make two more copies and put one in my keep binder and take one to the gym. I date it and put a check mark if I completed it and note how well I did.
I also think it is awesome how you tell the truth about things like cellulite, juicing, coconut oil, and so on. You are always state of the art and up to speed on the latest, because you are the greatest!
Question: what do you think of almonds and cashews, should they be avoided if you still need to lose weight?
