Love it! thanks – i’ll give this a shot –
just want to make sure – each circuit is 3 x at 30 sec per exercise right – for example – 30 sec of octopus upper body as many as you can bang out then straight into 30 sec of side lateral power taps – do this at least 3 x then immediately move to circuit 2.
Just double checking –
Also I can do all of it except the O face rolls which I am still working on with another trainer from london I can still only get my knees to my chest – is that ok or should i substitute with something else???

Jennifer I LOVE your workout videos, they are a constant source of inspiration. I was wondering if its ok to modify some of the plyo exercises and the rolling sit up jump? I need something a bit lower impact but still with a good burn.
