Strength for the Journey

Today, Jennifer Nicole Lee is a high profile model who has appeared on the face of several magazines and signed several international fitness promotion contracts. It wasn’t all that long ago that she was a 200 pound housewife with no goals for the future. Ultimately, she decided that was not the life she wanted to live, and committed to reinventing herself as a FITNESS MODEL. She didn’t take the easy route. It took hard work and restraint to pull it off.

A recent commercial called “Strength for the Journey” puts this dedication on display. Making the less than outrageous claim that “motherhood is a sport,” she hopes to spread her message of drive and determination. When Jennifer Nicole Lee, often known as JNL, is asked how she feels about becoming an elite model, she responds that she is both “honored and humbled” to be a part of this movement, which required a great deal of time and effort on behalf of a large number of people. She also had no idea when she started out on her journey that she would be featured in a video by one of the “best supplement compan[ies]” available, “BSN.”

During the commercial, an image of JNL is shown from the time before she became a FITNESS MODEL. The images are less than flattering. When asked how she feels about these images being made public, she replied that she was happy to place these images under public scrutiny. She feels that a great number of people think she was born fit and attractive, and she wanted to let people know that this was not actually the case. She wanted people to understand that she “know[s] what it feels like to be out of shape,” and how it can effect people both physically and emotionally. Just like many other women and mothers in the world, she suffered through the torment of not feeling comfortable with her own body.

Jennifer Nicole Lee wrote the book, “the Fitness Model Diet,” in order to educate women about how to improve their body, not only be setting exercise and diet goals, but through “self love and self respect.” She says that she is actually proud of the images from her less flattering years, because they represent a time in her life where she learned a great deal about herself.

The commercial for BSN’s new Syntha-6 RTD bottles was produced by high profile media experts, editors, producers, and cinematographers.
