Search YouTube for the terms Fun Fit and Foodie and you will find none other than international fitness celebrity, author, and virtual force of nature, Jennifer Nicole Lee. Except here “la Tigra” won’t be in the gym tearing through one of her patented Fusion workouts, nor will she be showcasing her world renowned body on a photoshoot. No, here you will see JNL in a different setting altogether – the kitchen.
She will tell you right away that cooking fit can be fun; her Fun Fit Foodie videos are certainly that and a lot more. JNL cooks up fast simple meals that are not only low sodium, low sugar, low fat and low carb but also incredibly delicious.
Meals like Curry in a Hurry, Asian Pancakes, Whole Wheat Pizza and Shrimp Stir fry prepared quickly and simply. These are the meals not just of a fitness super model but also of a busy, working mother with a family to feed.
Speaking of family, add the word Dylan to your search and you’ll even get the chance to see JNL prepare a tasty Holiday Sweet Potato Casserole with her son Dylan.
