I´m absolutely amused about all you had accomplished during this time. I used to be pretty much like you are now, but then, because of the stress and other things, I gained over 30 extra pounds.     I love your videos -and they psyche me up but I am battling with the eating part!! And I am sure I am not doing these things right because I don’t feel it working!! And I am hurting my back…..
    How many minutes do you recommend for an average workout – with the ultimate outcome?
    I am a single Mom of 3 and time (as well as money) is against me – I don’t even watch TV!
    I so desperately want to look and feel good. I have already lost 30kg and have 15 more to go as well as toning (the hardest part!).
    Please help to kick my butt!!
